The heart chakra is the fourth chakra, and its color is green. It is located in the center of the chest.The heart chakra’s primary function is connection through feeling. It is associated with love in all forms-for oneself, others and the world around, compassion and forgiveness, beauty, change and inner transformation, relationships to others and the earth and the ability to grieve and reach peace. When your heart chakra is open, you may feel deeply connected to the world and those around you, having great appreciation and gratitude for what makes life pure.
If you are experiencing difficulties in your relationships with others or yourself, have a hard time letting go or hold grudges easily, or experience intense procrastination or commitment issues, there could be imbalances in the heart chakra.
This reiki session will work to clear away any stagnant energies in your heart chakra, leaving you feeling balanced and strong.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese gentle relaxation technique that helps to remove negative energies from your aura and restore and bring balance to your physical and energetic body, as well as reconnect you with your higer divine self. The main goal of Reiki is to clear away stagnant energies, old thought patterns and emotions, and to energize and revitalize. It brings balance and a deep state of relaxation to most people that experience it. It can be helpful in times of stress or change and helps us to build our resilience. Reiki gives us back our personal power by reconnecting us to our higher intelligence, the part of us that "knows" how to find ease and balance.
How Does This Session Work?
This session offered at a distance, meaning that you can receive energy healing and balance in the comfort of your own home. This session is done remotely and the communication between us will take place via email. Once you have purchased, you have given permission for New Light Reiki to access your energy and facilitate a healing process. Your remote healing session will take place within 48 hours of purchase, and you will receive an email with what to expect, results from your healing session, any crystals used during & their meanings, tips & guidance to help maintain health & balance in the chakra, an Oracle Card reading with a message from the universe just for you and answer any questions you may have.
During my sessions, I combine different styles of Reiki, crystal healing, chakra balancing and shamanic practices to work intuitively based on any information you provide and access to your personal energy/auric field.
