The throat chakra is the fifth chakra, and its color is blue. It is located at the base of your throat.
The throat chakra is associated with clear and loving communication, expressing yourself authentically, speaking your truth and hearing and being heard. A healthy throat chakra is essential for us to be confident being our authentic selves in the world, and to communicate clearly and feel heard in relationships. The throat chakra can also symbolize truth and clarity. Anatomically, it has to deal with the tongue, jaw, cheeks, neck and shoulders.
 
If you have issues such as anxiety or low self esteem, and if you have a difficult time communicating with others about how you are feeling, this could be a sign that your throat chakra needs attention.
 
This reiki session will work to clear away any stagnant energies in your throat chakra, leaving you feeling balanced and strong.

What is Reiki? 

Reiki is a Japanese gentle relaxation technique that helps to remove negative energies from your aura and restore and bring balance to your physical and energetic body, as well as reconnect you with your higer divine self. The main goal of Reiki is to clear away stagnant energies, old thought patterns and emotions, and to energize and revitalize. It brings balance and a deep state of relaxation to most people that experience it.  It can be helpful in times of stress or change and helps us to build our resilience. Reiki gives us back our personal power by reconnecting us to our higher intelligence, the part of us that "knows" how to find ease and balance. 

How Does This Session Work? 

This session offered at a distance, meaning that you can receive energy healing and balance in the comfort of your own home. This session is done remotely and the communication between us will take place via email. Once you have purchased, you have given permission for New Light Reiki to access your energy and facilitate a healing process. Your remote healing session will take place within 48 hours of purchase, and you will receive an email with what to expect, results from your healing session, any crystals used during & their meanings, tips & guidance to help maintain health & balance in the chakra, an Oracle Card reading with a message from the universe just for you and answer any questions you may have. 

During my sessions, I combine different styles of Reiki, crystal healing, chakra balancing and shamanic practices to work intuitively based on any information you provide and access to your personal energy/auric field.
